The room was absolutely not clean, was still water around the tub from the previous guest and a very filthy towel hanging over the tub with shitstains on. Found a condom between the bedsheet and the night table, so the sheets had obviously not been changed. The first receptionist was very helpful (and very ashamed), we got upgraded to a new room but it left a very bad feeling about the stay. The rooms are worn and damaged. The bar was like a ghost town. The hallways were hot like a sauna. The receptionist the next day was very unpleasant. Stay away from this place

the staff member on shift was lovely, super helpful and resolved any issues we had, the concept of hotel was great
the room was very dusty and had numerous stains, the window would not close which was a huge safety concern

Big bed, nice vibes, dark.
Tile in bathroom/room was lose and lifted with water underneath it (I got a wet foot when I stood on it). Door was off hinge/unscrewed so door would not close. Light broken. Glass step on stair smashed. Grubby. Air con stopped worked at points. And the board the the TV was on had splits in

The carefully crafted breakfast was much appreciated. In a time of buffet breakfasts, it was nice to have a personal charcuterie board.
The door didn't match the door frame and left a large gap that allowed for anyone to look into the room. This created a bit of a safety concern for us but thankfully we experienced no issues.
