Location and parking. Also the size of the room.
The room was very dark at night. Not enough light. The hairdryer did not work. There was no phone to call the front desk. One of the elevators was not working.

The reception desk staff were very polite and helpful. There was a problem with the heating, and Mohammed immediately switched us to a better room. Everything was clean and working perfectly.
The elevator was too slow.
