The reception desk staff were very polite and helpful. There was a problem with the heating, and Mohammed immediately switched us to a better room. Everything was clean and working perfectly.
The elevator was too slow.

Very clean and comfortable room. The location of the hotel is great as well — the city center is only 30 minutes away by public transport.
The bathroom ventilation was making a loud noise, which continued for a very long time.

The room and bed were comfortable and location was nice, on the Rhine River.
The shower had a glass door that only covered half of the shower area, so water got all over the bathroom floor.
