The location is convenient and close to train transportation. The breakfast is pleasant and sufficient. The atmosphere is comfortable and quiet.
I went into five rooms, adjusted the temperature, waited for the average time, and then went back in. The temperature was lower than ours. Adults sleep better in a bit of cold, I think. But if you have a baby, dress them warmly and let them sleep. Thanks to the reception team for letting us try a few rooms. They're trying to find a solution. But the final solution will be for the guests to find.
Another issue: there is no refrigerator or water service. Do your end-of-day shopping.

Spacious rooms, good location . Unhelpful German staff , rude and condescending . Also were very fast to charge us again for no reason . Rooms were not prepared despite us having checked in at 8pm.

The place and room were great.
I had ice packs and meds that were kept on the refrigerator for traveling with my insulin one of the staff gave one of my icepacks to another guest. It even had my last name on it.
