The room was spacious, modern and clean. Very comfortable for a family of four. Location was perfect as it’s walking from the city centre. I liked the decor.
The carpark was very expensive, although (probably for this reason) there was plenty of parking space. The carpark entrance was so low that we had to remove the roof box to be able to drive in. It would have been useful to know this in advance.

The room was incredibly spacious with very comfortable beds. The breakfast offered a classic mix of options, which was nice. In terms of location, it was decent, about a 15-minute walk to the cathedral.

Modern, comfortable large room with large bathroom, good lighting and shower. Quiet, good security, fast elevators. Easy access to Public transportation.
We arrived about 80 minutes before check in time. We were told that a room was ready but we would have to pay €20 to check in before 3 pm. We paid, but we have travelled all over the world for decades and have never had to pay a check in fee if a room was available and it was after noon. We checked in early at our 2 previous Germany hotels. This was a petty, price-gouging charge and not industry standard. We have stayed at Premier Inns in UK and were treated better.

We booked two rooms, one with a sofa(3 beds ) and one without, but our request was completely ignored. When we asked why, the receptionist was extremely rude and simply told us that since it was “just one night,” we should tolerate it. We went back twice to speak with her, and each time she was even ruder. It was a very unpleasant experience. The rooms we were given (201 and 207) smelled bad and were not clean. I didn’t get the chance to write this review sooner as I was flying the next day, but I remain very, very disappointed especially as that was my second stay at your hotel.

Lovely big bed and gorgeous big room! Bathroom was also big and luxurious. Hotel felt comfy and safe.
Only thing I can fault is that the hair dryer didn’t work.

Great and super large room for the four of us. Warmest day of the year, still room was comfortable.
Breakfast we bought additionally (free for our 13 and 15 yo boys)was really good, great selection, nice ambience.
Location was good - 15 mins max to Kölnerdom.
