The room is well organized and big. Also it’s economical, a room can perfectly fit a 3 members family. The staffs are all super kind. And you don’t need to worry about ur safety they have a locked door on ur floor which must be open with ur key card, that’s really a nice device.
Sometimes the key card doesn’t work, so I can’t open the door on my floor. But it’s not a big problem, there will be a staff member to help me to open the door

We stayed at the hotel for two nights and were very pleased with our experience. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The location is convenient—just a 15-minute walk from the Kölner Dom and close to several shops and restaurants.
The staff were nice and helpful.
Breakfast offered a good variety of options to suit different tastes. Parking cost us €20 for 1.5 days, which we found reasonable. Overall, the hotel offered excellent value for the price.

I was pleasantly surprised by how much space there was in the room. Everything was clean and well-maintained. For the quality offered, the price was more than fair. Would definitely recommend!

The front of house was amazing, as soon as we arrived the gentleman made us feel welcome. The room that he provided was lovely, spacious and comfortable. Will definitely return if I visited Cologne again.

The hotel’s location is convenient, within easy walking distance of the city center. The walk offers numerous kiosks, pubs, and restaurants along the way (although, depending on the street, you may also encounter some less desirable elements like homeless people and drug users—though this seems typical nowadays).
The bed was comfortable and provided a good night's sleep.
Breakfast was relatively inexpensive, reflecting its basic nature—simple but adequately priced
The photos online create a more favorable impression than the actual experience, particularly for our standard double room. The interior and bathroom were noticeably dated and more mediocre than depicted. Additionally, the restaurant's decor, including its nicotine-yellow color scheme and furniture, added to an overall outdated atmosphere.
After parking in the hotel's designated spaces within the parking garage, we encountered difficulty accessing the hotel via the garage entrance. Despite ringing the doorbell, we received no response. As a result, we—along with another group who faced the same issue—had to exit the garage, walk around the building, and enter through the main entrance, which was inconvenient.
Our room had a persistent and irritating noise, which became noticeable at night after turning off the air conditioning, we had to use our earplugs for a good night sleep. We were provided with free parking as a compensation upon mentioning this.
There was no room-specific WiFi available, and we were unable to cast from our personal devices to the TV.
The shower temperature fluctuated unpredictably and the posted warnings regarding the hot water were indeed justified

Nice hotel close to the city center. Spacious room that is clean, big and comfortable. Nice to have a bathtub. The breakfast was decent.
The vending machines are overcomplicated with ID validation. Too big of a hustle to buy a coke or a pack oh haribo
