The location, although is far from the city center, it was good to be near friends who live in the neighborhood. The shower was good. The wardrobe was big, enough to put our bags and carry ons. The breakfast was excellent. The WiFi connection was very good too.
The walls are very thin and noises could be heard from the adjoining rooms and the cleaning staff in the morning. And, the air conditioning cable connections were visible between the door and the bedroom. For a 4 star hotel we expected to be a in better conditions, e.g. floor carpets in the halls and stairs, better noise isolation.

Disappointing
The hotel is just one row removed from the waterfront of the Rhine.
This is by far not a 4 star location, rather 2 star. The public areas were quite worn with wholes in the carpet etc and the bathrooms had a very old layout and appliances. The rooms look better on the pictures than they actually are. The previous name of the hotel is still on the front, renovation not done, yet.

Great breakfast. Spacious apartment with great view of the Rhine.
Bathtub was unsafe and unusable since could not stand to take a shower due to low ceilings. Bathtub was also very slippery with no anti slip mat or markings. Advertised a double bed and two sofa beds. There was only one sofa bed and one double bed. False advertising.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! Everything was simply perfect – from the overall comfort to the smallest details. I especially loved the room with its spacious terrace and incredibly comfortable bed with an orthopedic mattress – I’ve never slept better! The staff were absolutely wonderful – always friendly, professional, and ready to help with any question or issue. Their attention to detail and genuine care made the stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel and would love to come back again!

Overall the hotel is really nice, comfortable room, nice breakfast, and good restaurants nearby. It's not close to the city center, but that's also clear when you book it. The one issue I would point out is the shower, at least in the room we stayed in, was not comfortable.
