Great location, staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms were spacious and comfortable.
Hotel is on a busy thoroughfare. Traffic noise was loud at night. Air conditioning didn't work properly for part of our stay and the room was quite hot.

The hotel was the best option possible, it was very neat to the city center, and the room was perfect, the service was also amazing, we didn’t plan to relax and stay a lot of time in the room, but after walking through the city, we were extremely tired and for our surprise we could also visit the sauna of the hotel, so after a long day walking that was very nice, the views in the rooftop were also beautiful. The room was clean and big, completely equipped. Thank u!

The room is lovely and very clean. The breakfast perfect English and continental. The check out time and breakfast end times are more dignified and allowed us to enjoy our stay.
The bed is hard like a carpet on the floor. Why have a bed at all? The parking is ridiculous. All the hotels have parking but call them public. I need an electric charger and so used the 'public' car park under the hotel opposite and consequently charged more as I was not their guest. The real public parking is under the bridge and the staff told me it is only 10e/day with a charger available but it is very full. Its a shame this information is not given truthfully in the booking.com answers section about parking. Koln is strange for parking and with extra charges for everything it is impossible to budget

Dog friendly hotel, which was important for us during this trip. Soundproof room - good for alert dog.
Very good breakfast, room comfortable with enough space for a short stay.
Coloured window introduced a bit unsettling atmosphere to the room.

Great Room and great breakfast
The hotel should have a sign on the entrance to the slip road which leads to the front of the hotel. We booked Taxis twice and on both occasions they stop in the road at the traffic lights, as they missed the slip road entrance !!

One of the main reasons we selected this hotel was that it was listed as having parking facilities on Booking.com.
However, upon arrival, we were informed that no parking was available. As a result, we spent a considerable amount of time searching for parking spaces in the surrounding streets, which was very inconvenient, especially when travelling with family.
What disappointed us most was the lack of responsibility and support from the reception staff. There was no effort to offer a solution or provide useful guidance regarding parking options.
Overall, we found that the hotel did not meet our expectations, and considering the price paid, we do not believe it offered good value for money. Based on our experience, we would not choose this hotel again.

Location is very good right next to the chocolate museum and easy to walk to the old town. Breakfast was very good and had a nice terrace to sit on. Room size was very good with a good sized bathroom perfect r for a family of 4
The room was next to the train line which you can hear easily. The floor we were staying on was being renovated which wasn’t great. The facilities outside the rooms were very limited with the bar closed in early evening when we wanted to use it - even on weekends

Very modern and clean
Breakfast had lots of choices but the hot food wasn’t hot enough. Beans were cold, sausages, bacon, mushrooms and scrambled eggs were luke warm as there was barely any heat above the dishes so went out for breakfast after that.
