Wonderful
Everything was good. The room was spacious and well equipped, the shower was nice and the shampoo/conditioner were good quality. We also used the gym and sauna upstairs. The hotel is a short bus ride from the train station, we also walked a few times along the river up to the cathedral.

Hotel was nice and convenient to winter markets. Staff was great. They really made it nice for us.
My biggest complaint were the pillows. They were horrid. I have bought 5 dollar pillows from ikea or lidl that were better. My neck was hurt for several weeks after having to sleep on the pillows for 3 days. I suggest they just buy new pillows. Such an easy miss.

The location is great for visiting the Christmas Markets, close to nice restaurants and cafes alongside the river. The room was very spacious and clean with a comfortable bed. My partner and I really enjoyed an italian place, Il Tartufo, for dinner, and a brunch cafe, called Sisu, both of which are very close to the hotel.
We didn't get a view to the river and there was a power socket on only one side of the bed, but both of these were very minor inconveniences.

The staff was smiling and helpful. The location is totally great, on the shore of the Rhein river. We had a comfy bed and great sheets, and i also liked the bathroom products. The breakfast was great, with a lot of options.
The hotel is kind of dirty, the carpets are old and dusty and i was afraid to put my bear feet on them. I was extremely careful not to touch the carpet with my feet. But, the most creepy thing was the sink inside the room. I never saw a sink inside the room. You go to the toilet and then you need to go out, inside the room, and wash your hands. So creepy. And, the parking: i was forced to park my car 1.5 km away. They don't have a telephone number where i should call for a parking space, it was a very bad experience.

The location is an easy 12-15 minute walk from the train stop and is in a wonderful scenic area near the heart of town . The staff was extremely helpful, patient and kind. I cannot say enough good things about their customer service and willingness and ability to assist ?
I have no negatives to report about this location or visit.

The location was perfect. The breakfast was amazing.
The rooms needs cleaning. Both our rooms were with stains on the toilet and hair inside the room. The carpet was disgusting. The price is too high for the value. Also the windows are really really narrows.

They allowed dogs and even got a little treat bag upon check in.
Didn’t find parking space under the hotel. Almost had to park across the street under the bridge. That parking area didn’t look safe.

The location is really nice. Directly on the Rhine next to the chocolate museum and Harbour area. Everything can be reached walking. The room is spacious. Daily cleaning was good.
There is no elevator leading up to the reception so you have to carry your bags up. The rooms need some touch ups in terms of paint. Also there were pest control patches in our room which just gave us a bit of a weird feeling… breakfast is good but other Radisson hotels have a much better one.

Open buffet breakfast was nice .
I didn’t like the soap, which wasn’t a real soap. It was so sticky.
Room cleanings could be done everyday.
I saw a silverfish insect. If there is one that means there is much more.

Clean, friendly staff, lounge area at the entrance is comfortable (nice deco, varied furniture to address different needs, water and fruit, etc)
Cleaning staff on the last day opened the door twice (at 8 am?!?), knocking at the door while simultaneously opening the door
