The employees were so kind and helpful.
The room was clean enough to stay a few days .
The location was very good.
Open buffet breakfast was nice .
I didn’t like the soap, which wasn’t a real soap. It was so sticky.
Room cleanings could be done everyday.
I saw a silverfish insect. If there is one that means there is much more.

Clean, friendly staff, lounge area at the entrance is comfortable (nice deco, varied furniture to address different needs, water and fruit, etc)
Cleaning staff on the last day opened the door twice (at 8 am?!?), knocking at the door while simultaneously opening the door

Went for a room upgrade so got a room at the back of the hotel overlooking river, made for a quite stay as rooms at the front are by a main road. Good location and nice walk from the hotel along the river towards the cathedral where will will find the excellent river front restaurants. Bar was okay and had a good range of drinks.

Absolutely no chance of getting in touch of them at any time whether it be on phone, email or on booking.com, shambles of a hotel extremely disappointing considering the main reason I booked as I thought it was a radisson hotel believing they’d be a pleasure to deal with but unfortunately this one is the furthest thing from it

The wonderful staff certainly is the CHERRY ON TOP OF THE CAKE.
We especially liked Phillipp and Lucy; from reception to the cocktail hour, things were simply elegant and professional!
I was not satisfied with the breakfast buffet.
The coffee was great, though.
I liked the big sunlit room but, the choices lacked imagination and variety.

Very convenient location, 15 minutes walking distance to the main attractions. Easy parking, the hotel has its own parking garage and spaces for €25 per night. The breakfast is excellent and staffs are all friendly.
The bed mattress is not comfortable.
