Very Good
location perfect for our needs
The lifts were not working properly. which meant older people walking up and down the stairs even when we checked out we had to carry our own luggage down from the 5th floor. The pillows were lumpy and uncomfortable.

Good
Great value, good location, staff spoken to were friendly, was able to leave luggage, roof top view, room was nice
Elevator, there was only one lift in service so it was busy and a bit slow, was a known issue but still a bit frustrating l

Hotel is possibly one of the most convenient in the area. Its always my main choice when visiting Cologne
Price is extremely high, obviously due to exploitation of multiple Expos on Kolnmesse.

Great location, absolutely spotless hotel, staff really friendly and helpful, from Adams who checked us in, to Atawat and Ronald at the bar, friendly made great wine recommendations and kindly gave me some milk for my tea for the morning!
Bed very comfortable and nice to have shampoo and conditioner in the shower instead of the usual nasty shampoo and body wash stuff.
I didn’t get chance to use the gym or anything unfortunately, but it looked fine!
Lift a little temperamental but they were already working on fixing that.

Very Poor
The manager is a liar and does not acknowledge that the room given to me was a double room instead of a double xl room. i warn anyone to keep evidence of the room pictures and videos in case they downgrade what you pay for, especially if you have an arabic name. the image shown on the xl room was not given to me. also the breakfast is not worth paying if you like vegetables, the buffet served rotten tomatoes and all insects were flying over it
