Wonderful
The neighborhood is really nice and quiet. The hosts were incredibly friendly and welcoming.
The location was a little far from the center of the city, but nothing too serious.
The apartment is nice for a family or a close group of friends, but if you are looking for privacy among guests, you should know it's just a single room with a kitchen and 1 bathroom :)

The apartment is equiped with everything that may be needed for family accomodation, very clean. The hosts are very friendly.
It is rather a big suitcase than a studio room. Would be good for two people although it is too small for four. Nevertheless, it was fine for only spending nights there.

The room was good and well equipped, you can find every equipment for kitchen. And it is quite warm which is super nice and the neighborhood is very silence.
The location is very far from center and it could be annoying to commute to center without car.
There were dirty stuff in the room when you take a closer look to the details. The bed is quite uncomfortable as well as pillows. Lastly there might be problem to find parking spot nearby.

Location was ok, the host was nice and because it was on underground it was a little bit cold on that Sommer days. Little bit strange the bathroom location...between kitchen and bedroom (you should walk through to get there...).
We find spiders in our bad, 2 coffee cups were dirty inside the kitchen cabinet already at our arrival and the coffee machine was not working (I have at home also Philips Senseo...so I brought some pads with me, but it wasn't worth it).

The kitchen was well-equipped.
The house was a lot further from the centre of Cologne than we expected. The layout of the flat was odd, with an open-plan bathroom between the entrance hall and kitchen, so using the loo is rather public.

It was very clean and well equipped - comfortable beds, kitchen with multiple utilities (stove, oven, microwave, toaster, coffee-maker, kettle, fridge&freezer, etc), big garden ideal for a pleasant evening relaxation and for kids plays.
Quiet neighborhood allowing for non-disturbed sleep, convenient transport to the city center (car 20min, bike 30min), S-bahn stop nearby.
Very welcoming and friendly owners, making their best to make your stay very enjoyable!
