Wonderful
Even though we arrived way later than anticipated (and already post check-in hours) due to traffic on the way, owner did not make any problems with that. Nice breakfast, always on time. Good communication with the host.
The room we had was a bit tight for 4 people, although I doubt you could find anything better in that cost range. Ventillation could have been better.

The key was waiting for us so it was easy to check in and out.
While it had 3 beds, it was really too small for 3 adults. Third bed is a twin bed. We also ran out of toilet paper.

Wonderful
The apartment was clean and comfortable. Sanja was very friendly. The kitchen had all the basics. Exactly what we needed for a couple of days in Cologne with 2 small kids.

The neighborhood is really nice and quiet. The hosts were incredibly friendly and welcoming.
The location was a little far from the center of the city, but nothing too serious. The apartment is nice for a family or a close group of friends, but if you are looking for privacy among guests, you should know it's just a single room with a kitchen and 1 bathroom :)

The apartment is equiped with everything that may be needed for family accomodation, very clean. The hosts are very friendly.
It is rather a big suitcase than a studio room. Would be good for two people although it is too small for four. Nevertheless, it was fine for only spending nights there.

The room was good and well equipped, you can find every equipment for kitchen. And it is quite warm which is super nice and the neighborhood is very silence.
The location is very far from center and it could be annoying to commute to center without car. There were dirty stuff in the room when you take a closer look to the details. The bed is quite uncomfortable as well as pillows. Lastly there might be problem to find parking spot nearby.

Location was ok, the host was nice and because it was on underground it was a little bit cold on that Sommer days. Little bit strange the bathroom location...between kitchen and bedroom (you should walk through to get there...).
We find spiders in our bad, 2 coffee cups were dirty inside the kitchen cabinet already at our arrival and the coffee machine was not working (I have at home also Philips Senseo...so I brought some pads with me, but it wasn't worth it).
