The apartment is located in a vibrant neighborhood with lots of shops, restaurants, bars around - Easy to find and reach by public transport - A cool audio setup to play your own tunes on using bluetooth ;) I want to give a special shoutout to Julia. When we reported an issue with the hot water in the late evening, she took it serious immediately and had the water company come in the next morning and fix it.
- Can be noisy at night, apartment is on ground level - Cleanliness could be a little better - The beds aren't super comfortable

Good quick wifi
The flat was not clean.
The utensils were in the drawers dirty.
The sofa is old and extremely dirty.

there was not enough hot water to fill the bath. or to be able to shower one after the other after a day's work. you need a lot of patience for hot water. and the bathroom is not ventilated with all the problems that come with it

The location is good and for a short trip with friends is nice.
We arrived at the location at the checking time, sent a lot of messages to be sure the key will be delivered on time, after 15 minutes waiting, I received an answer from the hotelier saying that the apartment wasn't ready and I need to wait for one hour more. Also the place wasn't completely clean we found a molded coffee inside the coffee filter machine.
