The hotel has a great location, but what I liked most was the hospitality. The staff were incredibly welcoming, and having access to water, coffee, and tea 24/7 was a big plus. The apartment was really cute, comfortable, and well equipped. Everything was perfect, and I would definitely stay here again.

Bed was comfortable and the bathroom and shower worked fine. The lobby area was comfortable and had good seating and relaxing accommodations. The location was in a good place for where we needed to be in the city.
We rented several rooms. My room was clean, but another family member’s room had obviously not been cleaned. There were hairs in the shower and the sink was dirty. My room had only about 1 foot on either side of the bed, with no seating, and it was difficult to maneuver in the room. I would not stay there again. The room keys kept failing to work and I had to go to the front desk several times to get a new key.

We booked two rooms; they were both spacious and well-equipped with a kitchenette. The front desk staff were very helpful. Special thanks to Mr. Eddie, who was very knowledgeable and guided us well throughout our stay with local tips. We visited Cologne during the Christmas break and had the chance to experience several of the Christmas villages.

We were able to use the kitchen without setting off the fire alarm, but they give alot of warnings about how sensitive it is and say they will charge 500 euro if it gets set off.

Check in was great. I arrived before 11 a.m. due to my overnight flight from the US and was pleasantly surprised to be able to access my room right away at no extra cost. I expected to just store my bags, but the early access to the room was greatly appreciated. I'm sure that isn't always the case depending on room type and bookings, but it worked out well for me! The common area was often being used by multiple travelers which added to the overall appeal of the place. The kitchen facilities were nice, although a few more plates and utensils would have been nice. There was only one fork even though the studio apartment accommodated two people.
There was a fire alarm set off during my stay, so we all had to evacuate. I'm not sure I would have heard it, had I not been trying to leave at that time and the elevator didn't work. I assume someone set off the fire alarm using their kitchen facilities, since the front desk person had warned me how sensitive they are on check in. Everything was clear by the time I returned from meeting my spouse at the train station, but the fire department had responded with a full crew.

Locatoon is perfect, next to central station and Old city pedestrian zone.
I like common space, very comfortable and modern. Kids area between the sitting place is very good for couple with kids.
Free coffee, cicoa and tea during the day makes it good choise for winter- not necessery to go out when it's freezing.

Location is nice. Small kitchen in the room was good. Washing facility was good. Coffee machine in the lobby was good. Reception was nice.
Room was received dirty, visible dust, bathroom not clean, spotted toilet, found bugs in the toilet as well. Coffee machine was found several times unfortunately not available. Microwave was unclean, utensils were visibly dirty and strong calcium deposits. Housekeeping required several pushes calls and nudges to act, despite reception acting.

If you are staying for a week or so, you probably will be fine. But it is absolutely annoying for longer stays
- I booked this place so I can cook. I couldn't cook at all. The fire alarm situation is real. It is placed right on top of the stove and the staff scares you from cooking. The kitchen had 1 fork, 1 cup, etc. All of it was unclean and sticky.
- I even asked at the reception how sensitive the fire alarm was, for example, if I boil water, will it give an alarm, I was told "you need to be careful". I repeated the question 4 times in different wording and that was the reply. At this point, the staff knows what would set the fire alarm off and they should be able to provide better directions
- the "apartment" was supposed to be cleaned 2 times a week. They missed my cleaning half the time. I had to ask for cleaning and the reception person told me "it is good to remind us", what!!
- Cleaning was mediocre and bad. I would still find tissue paper or wrappers on the bed after it was "made"
- The stuff varies in helpfulness but the majority make you feel like a burden when you ask for any thing
- the fire alarm went off and we had to evacuate, no explanation as given like we were cattle
- I asked for an invoice literally 6 times Nothing. Eventually, I had to call and that was the only way I got an invoice, They do not reply on Booking, and when I got a reply, they sent the invoice to a wrong address. They couldn't even copy and paste
- the bed is inside a wooden frame and you will hit yourself against it many time
Not worth it for long stays. Book a furnished apartment for cheaper

Staff was not friendly. Housekeeping came into my room unannounced while we were in there. Said they needed to clean something but left without cleaning anything. Acted strange.
Couldn't find a suit that was left hanging in the closet. Refused to ask new tenants if they would look for it.
Some rooms were filthy, obviously not cleaned from previous tenants...dirty towels left in the room, tub and sink dirty, etc.
