Apartment was at walking distance to main Colgne attractions. Restaurants, parks, coffee was easy to find.
Apartment is located above a bar and nightclub, the noise is unmanageable at night, and continues until 4am. I would not stay there again and regretted my decision. Unfortunately it was all already paid.

Wonderful
Location is amazing, the neighborhood was amazing, full of super nice shops and cafe s, the apartment was really nice and spacious, easy check in and out, found a parking close by, 50 euros for 3 days
Music from the club below is loud so be prepared to stay up till 4-5,but if you have noise cancellation headphone you can sleep with no problem Texted the owner before arriving, i asked a question, never got a response :(

Nice big rooms, clean and bright
Bit dated. Entrance and stairwell tricky to navigate with a big case. Door lock difficult to open. Smelt a bit funny. No facility to leave bags at location although early check-in was available.

The space is large, there is much light and air. The kitchen is well equipped and cozy. The sofa bed turned easily into a sleeping bed for a single person. There was a washing machine in the apartment that makes it a perfect place for a longer stay.
There is much noise coming from the bar downstairs, especially during weekend nights. it stops around 1 am.

The experience in this apartment was terrible. We were expecting a relaxed week-end away with my partner, and although the apartment is nice, the night there was a nightmare. There is a bar/disco located right below the apartment, which played techno music until 5:10am in the morning. The music was very loud and we could not sleep at all. We had to look for another apartment for the second night, and the host did not reply to any of our calls nor helped us in any way. Would not recommended it at all.

Kitchen window needed a curtain, a tea towel was needed, door of the apartment was really hard to open.

Apartments has everything what might be needed for longer stay. Location is great, close to the Old Town, in the middle of Belgian Quarter with lots of Cafés, bars, shops.
But at the same due to these bars, especially one situated directly in the same building as the apartments it was very loud. When we came, bathroom sink was leaking. IT was not possible to regulate the water temperature, it looked like the geyser was not working properly. For the families with small children it might be rather critical.

Literally right above a club, no mention of this on the booking page, loud music till minimum 2AM every night.
