It wasn’t clear that you need to pay for the parking. Parking didn’t have enough parking seats. The cleaner knocked the door at 9.30 to ask if we are leaving and he did again at 11.45. The check out was at 12.00, so it was annoying because we were sleeping.

I liked the commodities and their services in general. They are attentive and very responsive to your needs. Food is great. A wide variety of food at breakfast and the kids up to 5 don't pay it.
No complains, but if I had to point something, it was bit annoying that the TV remote control doesn't allow you to change the audio volume. But I could easily ignore this detail if I had to back there again.

Clean, modern and comfortable hotel in Köln. Excellent beds even when dealing with the German single duvet struggles.
Parking is a bit expensive. Self check in is unnecessary when staff are on hand.
