That we had to pay for parking at property. A bit of a bad smell throughout hotel and partly in room. Only warm water in bathroom sink.

The hotel is very nice, and conveniently located not so far from the city center. We stayed for just one night, but really enjoyed our stay. The staff is amazing - from the great check-in and check-out experience to the fact that when we arrived, there was a set of cat food bowls and a pack of cat treats in our room (we stayed with our cat). The room was also very nice and spacious.
The only thing we didn't love was the dinner, as both dishes we ordered turned out quite dry.

Staff were friendly and helpful. The parking was easy. Right next to the tram. We came with our two dogs and they left two dog beds. bowls, and treats for our dogs. It was so sweet! They even had a special door notice that notified staff there were dogs in tbe room which we really appreciated! I'm always nervous staying in hotels with the dogs in case someone opens the door and they get out so I appreciate the thoughtfulness to have the dog tag on the outside door.

The hotel staff were very kind and welcoming. The room was perfect with a spare bed in situ for our child. The beds were very comfy, and amenities were great. There was a good quality hair dryer. The hotel also has a sauna and fitness room which were great. We didn't eat at the hotel but when we did walk past the food looked good. There was a bakery on the corner of the street which served good food. The tram is also directly outside the hotel which takes you into the center. Getting bolt (uber/taxi) was also very easy.
