The hotel is located very closely to several tram lines. Access to the city centre is therefore quite easy. The hotel is ideally located if you want to watch a match in the football stadium (Rhein-Energie Stadion). The hotel parking is easily accessible by car, but attention additional costs according to your room category.
It is a hotel with the usual hotel noises (door banging etc.) and impersonal corridors.

Pleasant hotel, room and lobby close to several green parks.
Checkin was a bit strange and rude. I was made to feel like I was being a difficult troublemaker for asking why breakfast was listed in a document we signed, when we had declined breakfast. It was all good in the end, just a slightly unpleasant welcome.

Very modern and clean hotel, check in was smooth and staff were very friendly. Great location as it was right beside the tram stop to the stadium and the city centre.

A very good place to stop in Koln. The EV charger was very convenient to optimise our long journey. The room was large and comfortable, even with our 2y old son. Plenty of amenities around and lots to explore.

Great location right on the tram line.
A bit dated, our bathroom had a bath that was pretty grotty and the faucet was falling off the wall.
