The man on reception was very good and very helpfull , that really is the best thing i can say , the hotel was full of badly educated children running around like it was a play school , did not give a good feeling and would never stay at this hotel again

I dont know why but it was small light, may be they are keeping electricity
Dark room, we were with 2 kids, so not place to put our things. You have to put the sheets on the bed yourself and they are very worn out.

Terrible break fast food and poor arrangement! Literally 20 people standing in line and food is slowly running out

The room, bad sheets, bed itself were clean. I liked the stuff, they were nice and supportive. One lady from reception helped by extending check out time because of hard snoring of one man.
I had bad experience with one man, he came late, around 1 am and started snoring until 9 am. I couldn’t sleep

The location is good in a quiet neighbourhood, easy to reach by walk or public transportation.
The staff is just unfriendly, the pillow is awful and the cleaning is missing.

The room was clean, and there were two separate beds like asked.
It was pretty warm the day we arrived, so we were very disappointed that our room wasn't equipped with an airco. In other a&o locations this wasn't the case. They all did have airco.

location was good
we were two siblings travelling with three children so the room set up was accommodating.
reception desk was only manned by one person most times we were there with lengthy queues - this worker was also running coffee shop / everything.
