Exceptional
For a solo traveler, this place is Perfect. It’s in the middle of all the attractions, nightlife, food and entertainment. Staff was super nice and I love meeting people from Ghana and Denmark. Even had a nice area for studying and bar to watch the game. 30 minutes walk from the central train station.
Just would like curtains for privacy

Cleanliness
It says parking available but nowhere on how to reserve it. Once I got there there were no parking in the garage available. Ended up parking in the street paying €15 more and ended up paying a fine because i cannot read signs in the german language. Also the self check in scans did not work and no staff cluld help with it, we asked at least 3. Ended up standing in the line where only 1 person was working desk.

I left a bag with personal items on the room by mistake. I tried contacting them on the same day i left by phone and email. I had no answer. I don't think this is an unusual situation with hotels, and I am not saying things should be kept indefinitely at the hotel but it was pretty rough of them not to give an answer.

Overall its great ,good friendly stuff ,kitchen, they have free language storage .

It was clean, and the breakfast was good for the price. The lobby was pretty cool too, and the people attending were nice to us.
It was too hot, and there was no AC, and they didn't have an air fan when we asked for it. Also, it was quite expensive for not including breakfast (maybe because of Gamescom?). It was a bit weird to need an extra key from the reception to enter the kitchen/laundry area.
