A person in a near room just turn on the bathroom vent and smoked, so our room got all the odor. The toilet was not as clean as expected, the shower did not have enough water, it was really annoying

The receptionist was very nice, polite and helpful.
The location was very convenient.
The windows of the room facing a back alley had a lot of foot traffic in the middle of the night and you could easily here every tiny detail of the conversations and noise.

When I arrived all windows were open, in the middle of winter room was super cold. After that the bathroom super cold, no heating, water in shower bare minimum, and overall not so pleasant.

Heater was ineffective, room was cold throughout the night. Water heater provided warm water for only a few seconds and then cold water poured out. Rm 29. No lift or elevator, this is tough when you have heavy luggages. No curtains on one of the windows so the bright lights of the Musical Dome entered the room and made sleeping difficult.
