Very Poor
No staff in the evening.
I couldn’t enter my room, even though I‘ve checked in and registered the card - tried to let it do another guest who made the procedure before but he couldn‘t succeed either.
Tried the hotline and didn’t reached anyone so I‘ve left. Absolutely dissapointing.

Exceptional
Great staff, very helpful and kind. The breakfast was tasty and a perfect start to the day. The hostel is just a few steps away from the cathedral, which was amazing since we stayed for only one day and didn’t have to waste any time on transport!

It is near the train station and Cologne cathedral! They gave us the best room for my partner’s birthday celebration. The staff are very kind and accommodating. I also like the interior design of their common areas and their room.
It would be better if there were fans or air conditioning available in the room for hot weather. Have to open the windows all the time and that brought pollens inside the room. Can also hear noises from outside.

Pleasant
Simple accommodation near the train station. It was okay for a night. The breakfast was very good. The room was spacious with a nice view.
The room was big and comfortable but very dirty, not cleaned well enough, even the towels were dirty.

A person in a near room just turn on the bathroom vent and smoked, so our room got all the odor. The toilet was not as clean as expected, the shower did not have enough water, it was really annoying
