Central to everything
I couldn't get an extre pillow, they said they hadn't one. , no Internet for TV, so we couldn't watch any TV. Wall. In bedroom had excrement on it. I asked for it to be cleaned twice, it wasn't done. I even showed it to a reception desk operative but ended up washing it myself. I said this again when I was leaving but while the receptionist apologised, it really was not good enough.

I could use a small desk to work on, maybe the place could have some rooms with desks and ask the guests if they need one.
