My luggage was safely stored before and after check-in without additional costs. That was awesome. Automated services especially for the coffee machine.
The option for milk did not work. I instead got plain water, but then, the receptionist came to our rescue and offered a nice cup of tea. 10/10.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room is small but you have everything you need to sleep comfortably for a couple of nights.
One of my curtains was not correctly hung.

The location was perfect. Near the Koln main train station & Kathedral Dom. Hot water at the lobby (you can have your own cafee & tea with hot water. there were elevators & luggage room (free of charge)
The toilet was not cleaned when we arrive : so we'd to change the room (we're lucky that there were another available room) The room was very small. The bed was unpretty.

Good location near the train station which was great as we were inter railing, view of the Dom from the side view of our window.
Only a small fan in the room and difficult to place well with the limited plug sockets, the fan was also a bit noisy at night but it was needed in the heatwave we were experiencing at the time.
