Great location and restaurant on the rooftop
Before I checked out a non German or English speaking personnel already prepared my room for the next guests
I was told by the receptionist that someone would come back to me as the responsible person was not available.
So far, no update …

The hotel location and set up was really nice. The room was well equipped and the wireless speaker was an awesome addition to put on white noise music and sleep peacefully.

My room was very clean, spacious, and comfortable, with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The breakfast was delicious, fresh, and had plenty of options to start the day perfectly
The location was amazing too – a little longer by walking, but since I enjoy walking it was absolutely fine.

Location, decor, restaurant was spectacular! Room was well appointed and very comfortable.
Front desk staff checking us in was not welcoming/friendly and took a long time to complete the process. They were not able to answer typical questions about the hotel and area while completing the check-in process, prompting us to wait until check-in was complete.

The location was perfect. The hotel
stands out from the rest with its very unusual style.
The lobby was cold and not very inviting. Hallway was very dirty. The room was clean but somewhat uncomfortable. It had a desk but only a stool instead of a proper chair. Ceilings were not suspended and light came mainly through spotlights which were a bit disturbing when trying to work on the desk.

It’s a wonderful hotel. The Monkey Bar is a lot of fun and great cocktails. The rooms are great for a city trip and the marketing and branding are next level.

The room was very nice: open, clean, bright, and with a pleasant aesthetic. The temperature was warm and comfortable. The hotel itself is beautiful inside, and it also has a very nice rooftop area and fun. The hotel staff were very friendly.
One minor downside was the rooftop experience. One staff member came across as a bit rude on one occasion. The cocktails were not very good overall, except for the Porn Star Martini. The outdoor rooftop area could also benefit from more lighting and warmth, as it didn’t feel very inviting for staying long.

The building and the lobby were so interesting, historical place with several cozy corners to relax, read, or work. Lots to explore with a space travel theme. The room itself was very spacious and creative. The bed was comfortable. We travelled with our dog and they even brought her a big fluffy bed and water bowl to our room. We also loved having access to a really nice sauna and restaurant/bar. Very close to an U-Bahn station, only a couple stops away from the Hauptbahnhof.

The concept, style and room were great!
Very modern and well decorated.
The bar at the top was also nice.
We didnt try breakfast but took a look at what it was and its definitely expensive for what is offered.
There was a dirty glass in our room with lipstick on and caps from beer bottles inside. So the room was not meticulously cleaned

Accessibility to transportations
The bathroom has clear doors. I hate being seen by my family naked. There’s no microwave or coffee maker. No cabinet to put our stuff. So we just put it on the floor.

It was a fantastic hotel.
The staff were wonderful & everything in the building was magnificent.
I really enjoyed the sauna & view from the deck chairs. The restaurant & bar were great & the view from inside & outside was astonishing.
I would certainly stay again.
