Disappointing
very clean
Very rude breakfast gentleman- he yelled at my wife and I to sit at another table when there were plenty of other tables that could have been used! He insisted that we move even though we had started our breakfast.Also, they had the earliest checkout of any hotel we stayed at on our trip-10am. When I went downstairs to the reception and asked for some ice for my water, I was told that the restaurant did not have any ice- only ice cream

Excellent staff. So friendly and accomadating. Location is close to all amenities. Breakfast was delicious and a wide variety of items. Plenty of parking.

Good location to station and old town. Restaurant downstairs was handy for a meal. Great breakfast lots of options and very attentive staff. Room was very clean bathroom is brand new. Highly recommend.

Clean and seems newly renovated
I saw the review about the restaurant is good for dinner, then I had high expectation… but the taste is not what I like. And the pork nuckle needs 45 mins to cook, as we arrive late in the night, the kitchen closes at 9 pm .

Hotel is located at an great location. Wine tasting, cable cars and large parking garage just across the road. Short walk to city center. Breakfast was reasonable
The main staff are just plain unfriendly and rude. towels smelly, old and thin. One tore while drying myself. Pillows could not be used due to excessive bad smell.
We were on the 4th floor but facing a rooftop deck for smoking. Could not open window due to noise so the room was very hot.

Excellent Hotel, great breakfast with very pleasant service: all you need for a day in Cochem and the nearby region. Free parking nearby in walking distance. Perfect stay for solo travellers and families

Situated a short distance from the Promenade and many of Cochem's sights, this family run hotel is a great base for exploring Cochem and the Mosel. We received a warm welcome from our hosts, who were really friendly and helpful. Our room was clean, warm and also quiet as it did not overlook the road. The hotel also has a restaurant, serving great traditional food, which is very popular, so booking is recommended if you would like to eat there. Breakfast was really excellent, with an array of delicious options on the buffet and a basket with different types of bread waiting for you on your table. There is no parking for cars, though there is a multi-story car park opposite the hotel. However, motorbikes and bicycles may be parked in the hotel's garage by arrangement, for a small, daily charge.

A great, cozy family-owned pension very close to the center of town and close to the train station ( about 10 min walk). The owners are kind and the breakfast is hearty. Make sure to have a meal there at the restaurant for dinner. The atnpdipger is nice and the food is delicious. It is suggested to make a reservation since it’s a popular place for dinner or go super early.

The breakfast is robust and good. The staff is very helpful.
