Staff was very friendly and helpful. I arrived at night because of the delayed flight and had no problems getting in. The breakfast was very tasty.

The breakfast buffet was superb with a wide variety of Wurst, cheeses and fresh bread rolls. The owner, Frau Pellny very friendly and helpful with suggestions of where to visit.

As a solo female traveller I really enjoyed my stay here, I felt very safe and the room/bathroom were very clean. Rose was so sweet always offering me anything I needed during breakfast and during my stay. Located right below the castle and in town the location is perfect!
Be prepared for the cash only payment! This was my own fault not being prepared. I was rushing to catch my train in the morning and had to run into town to the nearest ATM to withdrawal cash before leaving. All worked out in the end :) Also during my stay there was no WIFI so I had to go into cafes in town for the internet.

The owner was a lovely lady who was very friendly and helpful. I enjoyed the breakfasts which included local products. The room was nicely furnished and situated near the centre of the town and also in walking distance to the castle, boat trips, bus and train station.
There wasn't anything I didn't like. Maybe also have an anti slip mat in the shower.

..the location is directly in the city center and on the way up to the no. 1 landmark of the town, the Reichsburg. I had everything I need for breakfast and the little cakes the host offers after breakfast is such a nice gesture

Delicious breakfast. Rooms are very clean. The owner was very helpful. This is a great place to have a short trip to Cochem.
