The service and hospitality were topnotch. We felt like were welcomed into the hosts home. All our needs were taken care ofand we traveled with a whole family with 2 kids (1 and 4 years old) and a senior citizen, so thats saying a lot. The breakfast buffet was also greatgood selection and filling. Id recommend booking the room with the balcony view of the Reichsburg.
Not that we didnt like it, but its just something to note that the building has no lift. They were, in any case, very accommodating about our prams and helped with our bags. If climbing the stairs is an issue, request for a lower floor as we did.

Close to many attractions, just a few mins walk from shuttle busses. Staff were awesome and breakfast was great.
Parking was limited, but reserved a spot in the hotel park house 1 block away - was worth it!

The host was really friendly and contacted me to let me know where is the key. The breakfast was great as well as the atmosphere in the hotel. The location is wonderful - close to the river and city centre. Next to the hotel there is a great restaurant where you can have dinner.
You need to consider that the host will give you the paper to park down the street next to the river. And it can be very difficult to find a place there. I recommend to arrive approximately between 10 and 15 because the guest check out and drive away. There are much more free places at this time than in the evening.
