Staff was so helpful. And really nice. Room was spacious, bed was comfortable. Breakfast was very good. Hotel building was a wonderful mix of old and new. Lots of areas to hang out with family outside and inside. Location was close to the Mosel, wineries, and Cochem castle. So convenient. Also a short distance from other area attractions - suspension bridge and other castles. Parking was convenient. Beautiful flowers on the property. Available snacks and drinks in the lobby was nice.

The staff went WAY out of their way to make our stay perfect. Lots of “extras” that we weren’t expecting. They even delivered our bags to our ship, saving us a long walk over the bridge with our luggage. The common rooms were beautifully furnished with great mid-century style. The bathroom was well designed and clean. Breakfast was delicious and ample. A first class stay! Great river views too! Easy access to restaurants and the castle, but quiet and out of the fray. A short easy walk from the train. 12/10 rating
Lots of steep stairs. If you have mobility issues this may not be a perfect match. The railings are safe and the stairs are wide, so not dangerous. On the plus side the ceilings are nice and tall…

We really loved this hotel. It was such a nice stay! Kim checked us in when we arrived and was very helpful in getting a situated here when we arrived. We were room eight and by European standards. It was a very nice and spacious room with a lovely couch area and a large bathroom with heated towel racks. There are several nice sitting areas downstairs for the guest to relax in and it had a very communal feel we decided to opt into the breakfast buffet and so happy that we did. The food was absolutely delicious and outstanding the meat, cheese, yogurt, hot sausage, and eggs were amazing not to mention the awesome coffee !! This place did not disappoint at all. The beds were super comfortable. The towels were soft and fluffy. The icing on the cupcake was the checkout experience with Sebastian. He was amazing and even offered to transport our bags to the boat we were taking for a bike tour. He did this out out of the kindness of his heart, freeing us up from carrying luggage through the city to the boat. Such a wonderful experience there are no negatives here. Do yourself a favor and book this place if you find yourself in Cochem

Although we were only there for one night, we loved the location, the history and wonderful architectural features and proximity to the train station. The breakfast was perfect with something for every palate. Most exceptional was our host, Sebastian, who went out of his way to accommodate our needs. He carried our suitcases up three long flights of stairs and transported the luggage of numerous couples in the hotel to a barge boat for the next leg of our journey. We would definitely stay again and recommend Hotel

Our stay was excellent. The owner is super friendly, and the location is perfect. The rooms are spacious, modern, and impeccably clean. The building itself is stunning, blending charm with comfort, and the breakfast was fresh with plenty of variety to suit all tastes. We cannot recommend this hotel enough—it’s the perfect choice for anyone looking for a wonderful getaway!

Great location to enjoy Cochem, 5 minutes walk from the train station and the main commercial area. Not far away from the castle. The breakfast is ok according to the price and you can even order fried or scrambled eggs. There is information available on recommended restaurants which was very helpful during our stay.
Internet connection didn't work for us. Apparently something on the router configurations didn't allow our phones to connect despite the well intentioned efforts from Sebastian to resolve the issue. A bit odd considering that we didn't have this kind of issue while staying in other places in Germany.
