The hotel boasted beautiful and comfortable rooms with fantastic river and castle views, a common lounge and a fantastic morning breakfast. Sebastian provided us with helpful suggestions and recommendations for restaurants.
We would have liked to stay longer! In retrospect, we would have made this our base for the time we spent on the Rhine as well - it isn't far and we loved the Hotel Villa Vinum Cochem more than the castle we stayed in on the Rhine.

Good location and breakfast, large room.
Check in process was remote (via WhatsApp) and an in-person check in would have been more helpful to understand the property and location. There is parking on site, but it is not included in the property rate. The hotel was nice, but overpriced for the quality compared to other places we stayed in Germany.

Room was large, modern, well lit and clean. Nice small hotel in a good location. Staff helpful and accommodating.
Lacked a few personal touches that you might get in a smaller B&B but overall a very positive experience.

Exceptional hotel. The hotel was fabulous. Its a beautifully decorated boutique hotel. The location was perfect, close to the centre and to the train station. The rooms were wonderful, comfortable and clean. The breakfast was lovely, plenty of choice and very fresh. Unlimited coffee each day. The honesty bar for drinks and coffee at any time was positive bonus and was a treat to take your drink and enjoy it in the beautiful lounge The atmosphere at the hotel was warm and inviting and welcoming. Will definitely be back again. Thank you.

Our room was very spacious and comfortable. The living room was extremely cosy and the perfect place to play a game. The breakfast was delicious.
We heard running footsteps of our neighbours sleeping on the top floor, which woke us up early.

The hotel is in an amazing location overlooking the Mosel. Our room had a balcony from which we had a fantastic view of the castle. Our host was generous with his time pointing out some great choices to eat nearby. The room was very comfortable, well equipped and well presented. There really was nothing missing, our hosts had thought of everything. Breakfast was perfect, the freshly baked bread each morning a treat. Thank you.

Close to train station and town, beautiful old building, spacious accommodations with plenty of common space areas. The hosts were lovely and Sebastian gave us great recommendations.
The bed was a little firm for us but thats a personal preference. I still slept great.

The place is beautiful and right across the street from the river. Only a 5 min walk to shops, restaurants and bars. They also made our dog feel right at home. The breakfast was outstanding with lots of options. Our room was next to the main street, so it was a little noisy, but the windows must be sound proof because it wasn't that bad when they were closed. Would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful 150 year old mansion in the heart of Cochem. EV charger on site was super convenient for our Tesla rental.

Breakfast was excellent and owner Sebastian was very helpful at check in. Honor bar, snacks and coffee was a nice touch
1. No elevator for a 4 story bldg and 4 double staircases to the top floor. We had a junior suite reserved w/ a sauna and river view but the stairs were very narrow and tight to navigate w/o luggage. Had to take a basic room so we could get to the room. 2. No access for disabled person, even with cane use. 3. Parking (paid) in front of bldg but extremely tight.

A beautifully updated old building. On a quiet street with easy access to the old town and train station. Very gracious and helpful staff.
No air conditioning, but window and fan were sufficient.
