Great location right across the river from the old town; a few parking spaces for guests; great value for money; suite had two large beds and a sofa - could accommodate a family; nice breakfast, the ladies who worked there were very nice; overall very good value for money.

The location was great - central to everything. Room opened onto a large outdoor courtyard which was lovely. Due to a translation issue we missed our taxi pick up so a staff member drove us to the train station herself - I think her name was Vana? I call that exceptional customer service.
The room and shower cubicle was very small. Breakfast didn’t start until 8 so we paid for it but couldn’t have any before our 7.30 am departure to catch a train.

The sun shone on the hotel in the evening. Good view of Cochem, yet out of the main part.
The staff were pleasant, but not really welcoming. The room was tidy but not particularly clean. Shower room was cramped but adequate. The room was a premium double.
Quite noisy for us.

In the morning we woke up for real Traumblick, snow covered mountains and the snow covered empirial castle. The breakfast is exceptionally good. Top hotel.

The hotel location is perfect, and the staff is very friendly.
Beautiful and cosy hotel, but it seems like the walls are hollow, and the noise from the other guests never stops.
There is no 24-hour reception, so guests do whatever they want. The TV from the next door room was on until 3AM with its volume on the maximum. Guests talking loudly, walking back and forth all night long. We just needed a good rest, but we didn't close our eyes all night.
It was a TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE.

Located close to the city centre and at walking distance from the Reichsburg. Friendly staff, good and varied breakfast.
Parking is limited on site, but there are a few extra parking spots at about 250m distance that can be used for a small fee.
The room gets warm easily and there is no airco, so we often had to keep the window open.
