We got a large family room, we really liked it. The hotel itself is a simple 3 star level but everything is clean, rooms are cleaned very well. A sufficient breakfast. Very good location.
I didn't like two things in the hotel which is very significant. The first is that you don't change towels every day, you just take the same towel and fold it and that's it. The second that at exactly 11 in the morning when we were actually supposed to release the room without any consideration they knocked on our room why we are not leaving, I explained that we are a family and it will take another 20 minutes. If not for these two things I would give a higher rating.

This is an excellent hotel with friendly staff and convenient location. Our room was large with a small kitchenette, a separate bedroom and a view over the town and river. The bed was large and very comfortable and the sofa bef in the main room was perfect for our daughter. Breakfast was superb with a good choice of hot and cold meat and a variety of cheeses. A nice touch was the slight daily variatuons in the breakfast choices with some Greek specialities. Having a parking place for the car is also very good as parking places near the centre are at a premium.

Rooms are really clean, tidy and comfortable. Breakfast is great. Location is a good walking distance to the town center, boat rides and leisurely and refreshing walk along the river.

The hotel was in a prime spot for us as it had parking just 100yards on the opposite side of the road that was free, which weve found in German towns its rare. The room was very spacious, a little dated in the lounge and bathroom and kitchen, could do with a facelift. But a nice balcony to sit on on an aft was a real bonus. Breakfast buffet was satisfactory, reasonable choice. Coffee machine in kitchen was great, but a small kettle would have been even better, couldnt get the tap thing in kitchen to work right to heat water. Overall enjoyable stay
Like I said needs a facelift. Kitchen and bathroom especially. A proper kettle would of been appreciated

Beautiful views of the town, far enough away to avoid the crowds of the tourists but close enough to enjoy the tourist activities
Parking was a bit of a hassle if not able to park in the few spots directly in front of the hotel.

The view was pretty good but we could not see the castle from the room but you could see it from the breakfast balcony. We liked being across the bridge, it seemed more peaceful but was close enough to walk over to find restaurants.
