Good location. It was very clean.
The WiFi doesn’t work, had to turn it off to use our phones.
Reception closed before we arrived at 5:00pm. Finding the correct parking lot was rather difficult, instructions were very unclear.
No extra pillows or blankets, it was cold. We did finally figure out how to turn the heat on.
The soap and shampoo containers were nearly empty.

It was the best hotel for me in the last years. The street is quiet with no noisy crowds? close both to historical center and railway station/ bus station. Very amiable and welcoming hosts, helpful personnel. The hotel is located in a historic building, but everything inside is equipped according to modern standards. The interiors had been completely renovated and everything is new. My room in the attic looked very romantic, and "icing on the cake" - a cosy terrace on the roof!
Quite decent breakfast. It's a family hotel and managed by the owner herself. She is always happy to help or give a good advice about the town and the surrounding area.

There were three of us in this suite with a balcony. The balcony was the highlight! We sat out there whenever we could. The bedrooms were quite large. The unit was very clean and comfy.
Just a short walk from the train station, and half a block from a bakery.
Kitchen was well equipped for what we needed.
Trudging up the stairs. This suite was on the third floor, but we DID know about the stairs in advance.

It is about halfway between train station and downtown. We found restaurants downtown were plentiful. They have a great breakfast. The renovation of the old building was very well done
The door was locked when we arrived. I have no cell service to call the number on the door. No wifi to contact. Luckily, another guest helped us contact the manager. I advise you to let them know when your train is arriving so they will be expecting you. They do have a lock box, but I wasn't able to access wifi to get the info they left as it was left after our last wifi opportunity.

The location was very close to the main downtown area , but not in the middle of it. We could easily walk downtown and along the river. The staff were very helpful and the breakfast was tremendous!
We are in our 70’s , so the multiple amount of steps to get to the room was daunting. There were 39 steps to our floor . The staff helped carry the bags up, but we managed to get them down when we left. If you are physically limited , the stairs might be an issue.

A lovely apartment in a great location close to the railway station and a 5-minute walk from the centre of Cochem. The bedrooms are very big, and the kitchen has everything you might need. Breakfast is excellent, and the lady who runs everything is extremely nice and very efficient. I will definitely go back.
WiFi did not work.
Also, be aware that the description about check-in etc on booking.com is not accurate. Just contact the hotel for full instructions if you are arriving after 5pm.

The Hotel Ravene was absolutely beautiful. We arrived and there was a kind young gentleman checking us in. The hotel was clean and beautifully decorated. The breakfast was amazing which came with our stay. We were within walking distance to the old town and all the quaint stores. Highly recommended.

Great location near the centre but on a quiet street - able to park my motorcycle right outside overnight. Fantastic, spacious & stylish room with a huge bathroom and very comfortable bed. Friendly and welcoming owners/staff and an excellent breakfast - highly recommended

Albert, Andrea and Julia made us feel truly at home. We loved the breakfast that Andrea prepared. She was always so generous with a second egg and coffee. She’s an amazing gourmet cook. We had a plugged drain and Albert came immediately to clean it out. What a wonderful family run hotel. We would definitely come back!

I had a spacious, modern room with a balcony from which I could see the Moselle and the Reichsburg. The owners are super helpful. I arrived a little early and I was given a coffee and and a briefing on the local sights and amenities while I waited for my room to be available. My suitcase was carried upstairs for me and when I returned the following day with Erdbeerkuchen, I was offered a table and a coffee to sit and enjoy it.
My stay was perfect.
