Hotel is no nonsense, with all basic comfort. Situated direct on the main promenade. The have a good (Italian) restaurant, small choice on the card but very good food ! We were very disappointed in the breakfast, here the hotel must do some improvements. At 9h28 (breakfast till 10h) there was almost no more food. They serve no warm food, no sausages, no warm eggs,, EVEN NO CROISSANT? and for the rest very little choice. for which we paid 15 euro per person....probably the worst German breakfast hat we have ever had. After breakfast we (and other visitors) went to the local bakery to get some croissants :-)

The women at reception was nice and helpfull.
Very noisy at night. Saturday night party in the restaurant. They promised it will finish at 23h-24h and was until 2 am. Not possible to sleep.

The room was spacious, clean, bathroom is nice and modern, also very clean. Location is great, directly near the public parking lot.
It could be a great experience, but it was completely ruined by two things: they switched off the heating in the night, so it was hard to sleep for me, it was cold and I had to put on a jacket! The second thing: they gave us a room directly below the restaurant, and we heard it every time when someone moved a chair there, and it started from 6 a.m. When we told it to the staff member, she only smiled and said no one except you complain about it. And this attitude imo is unacceptable.

Lovely hotel near cochem castle. in front tourist information. Was really nice. The men in the recepcionist is great!!!!
I suggest put elevator because is difficult the access when you bring big luggage.

Great location, very nice, very clean modern room with a little balcony and amazing views.
Lots of road noise and lots of truck noise even with windows and doors closed. An older staff member smoked in the stairwell and it wafted up the stairs into your room. There is no lift access to the top floors which may be an issue for older people.

Central location.
Kitchen staff smoking on the stairwell leading to the rooms on at least three occasions. Even having the window open didn't help when walking through a cloud of smoke. A non-smoking hotel I thought!

Hospitality of the staff, the location in the centre of Cochem
The pillows were really soft and the bed was very low. Also in the room, you could hear the noise from the traffic if the window was open (which was necessary given the heat)
