I loved everything about the property the staff was very friendly and helpful the restaurant was great the food was good and the staff was very friendly and very helpful I loved it there and would definitely recommend the hotel and restaurant.

Delightful stay at your lovely hotel. Your staff was helpful with checking in. We don’t speak German and her English was excellent. Cochem is a beautiful City on the Mosel. I highly recommend staying at the Hotel Cochemer Jungle.

Great location, nice large room, great breakfast & friendly staff.
Room can become warm even in November. Opening windows helps. However in summertime I imagine it can become quite warm.

Central location, great helpful staff, modern facilities, breakfast was solid.
Parking is way up the hill, kind of difficult since the road is pedestrian-only most of the day. Full balconies not available on Booking, only when booked direct :-(

Very centrally located with easy access to the historic part of Cochem.
Parking space can be reserved and it is definitely recommended to do so.
The check-in process was unnecessarily complex and it took a long time. Weird to see in this day and age, so set off some time for this. Also quite noisy in the morning if your room is not facing the river.

TolD by email to check in on line as no reception desk. This proved impossible for us and several others who arrived at the same time as us. The manager was at hand to help with check in. We had booked a parking place but on arrival were told the garage was full but they had extra parking 800 metres away up a steep hill. As we are elderly this was not an option for us but we found a public car park a couple of hundred yards away. It was cheaper than the hotel and not busy. The breakfast was good with lots of choice although the tables were very small. The attached restaurant featured a lot of burgers and similar dishes, but all cooked freshly. The Apple strudel was lovely.
The parking already mentioned above. The bathroom needed updating it felt grubby although it wasn’t.
