We loved the hotel, large well equipped rooms. The location, amazing.
Sadly, we never saw a front desk person until we left, reception was empty for two days. We had some issues with our room, minor issues, there was nobody to help us. We did reach someone by sending a message after finding the phone number provided didn't receive an answer. We are experiencing hotels that are reducing staff in Europe, the few times we've seen this has been surprising and less than helpful to visitors that are unfamiliar with the hotel.

This little hotel is right in the heart of Cochem's old town. Great location.
Parking is a bit of a hike uphill from the hotel, but worth it.

Location is in the city center and one block from the water. Parking was only a few minute walk. Breakfast was typical- European meats for sandwiches plus eggs and bacon.

Clean and comfortable. Close to shopping and the Christmas market was right outside the door.
Located above a club that will keep you awake until 2:00 in the morning.

Beautiful location. Perfect for Christmas market and walking distance from Cochem Castle. Staff was amazing! Absolutely Amazing!! The woman prepared a large breakfast just for us and made us feel at home. We were the only people staying that day, so for her to have done that just for us made us feel very special.

Perfect area in the square. Only a few hundred feet to the water.
Parking was so difficult to find and the walk was really difficult because I had a big suitcase. Also there were little fruit flies in our room and the fridge didn’t really work.

I'd say the breakfast on offer here is a real highlight. A huge amount of care has been taken to make sure that there is a wide range of yumminess to satisfy the biggest fusspot. Everything is fresh and delicious.
The mattresses are quite soft for my liking. Also, it's likely to get quite warm in the summer.

Breakfast was fantastic! It was one of the cutest I have been to, prepared with so much love. Would 100% recommend it. Fantastic location. The room was small but very clean.
Due to the fact that the hotel is really in the center and you cannot drive through the center from 11-6, we couldn't get to the parking. However there are other parking lots in the area for 10 euros for 24 hours so this was not a big issue.

Location was perfect... breakfast was great...the room had a view over the market square as advertised...the bed was comfortable & tea and coffee maker in the room was good...
The reception wasn't manned when we came but we were lucky to meet the staff on their way out who helped us with the key from the key boy as we weren't able to understand the instructions...

The hotel was located directly in the center of the beautiful Cochem. Parking was just a few minutes walk, just like the riverside, restaurants, shops, and the river. The room was small, but perfect for a short stay. Had everything we needed, was extremely clean every day again and even offered free bottles of water on a daily base, a sweet on our pillow, tea, etc. the breakfast was amazing! Lots of choices between savory and sweets and the people from the hotel were very welcoming and made sure you had everything you needed.
We were really happy with this hotel and would definitely go back in case we would return to Cochem. Can recommend.
For us personally the mattress on the bed was too soft. But this is just preference.

Car park 450 mtrs away and difficult to find. Traffic access limited during day time. Two flights of stairs-no lift.

This is a lovely hotel in a beautiful location. Check in was easy and the rooms were spotless. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff. You may need to be aware that credit cards are not accepted.
No decaff coffee at breakfast.

Breakfast was outstanding. Loved that Sekt was available.
There were no bars of soap in the room. Only those bottles of body wash. Had to use body wash for all.
