This is a family operated residence, so the hosts are super-friendly. Together with that the location is fantastic as well as the breakfast. There are snacks and drinks available at the reception as well as a lot of information about things to do and restaurants.
The beds were a bit too soft for us. We booked a small room which had a view to an inner court-yard. The larger rooms have a view on the market.

Right in the center of Cochem, Parking was available 300 meters away (up a steep road). Nice breakfast.
Poor wifi. Could not access the hotel by car until after 18:00 hrs. Hotel had no elevator so we had to carry the luggage from the parking and then up the stairs.

The market place was nice
The bed was very soft. And people were smoking and talking loud in the inner court yard every evening and night waking us up and making our room smelling of smoke.

The location was perfect . Right on the square. The room was nice, spotlessly clean. The breakfast was superb. The staff were very friendly and it was nice to stay in a small hotel.
Nothing - all was good. Though if you have mobility issues then do note that there is no lift.

very nice room in great location. Amazing breakfast. Arrived early and left bags, staff had taken them to our third floor room when we returned, much appreciated. Fifteen minute walk to train station.

we stayed here for 2 nights over New year, location was excellent our room was very clean and comfortable.
The breakfast was fabulous lots of choice and was replenished frequently.
I would definitely like to return to this hotel.
There is no lift and this could be a problem for some people, as our rooms where on the 4th floor.

Very modern. Overlooking the town square. Breakfast was amazing, as to were the staff.
it seems like the block out curtains could be not be fully closed, they just have white curtains which means at night, the room is very bright.
