The location of the gästehaus is perfect for Cuchem. Check-in was smooth and the room was pleasant. Wifi worked as expected. The breakfakst was above the expectation in this price category.

Location was excellent - right in the centre of town yet not noisy.
We stayed in a family room which was ideal size for our family of 4. It was quite spacious and had a kitchenette and dining room table. We were only there for one night but if we’d been staying longer we’d have really appreciated this and got the use out of it.
Bathroom was nice and modern.
Good continental breakfast options in nice breakfast room.
Our room was quite dated (except the bathroom which was nice and modern). Randomly, there was an old shower cubicle in the main room covered over by a curtain which was a bit weird. Room could definitely be doing with modernisation however this might not be reflective of other rooms. We booked last minute over a sunny weekend so might have been the only option left.

The staff doesn't speak English but they make the effort. The room was big, clean, and comfortable. The furniture is old, and the bathroom as well, but everything works well. The breakfast was alright. Nothing special but not disappointing either, just fine.
Pillow was not comfortable.

The location is excellent, situated in the middle of the old town. Easily accessible and walking distance from the old castle.
Breakfast was okay, although nothing special to write home about. Basic things, coffee, some cheese and cuts and other things, seen better, seen worse.
The room. The room was number 6 for us, and at least our room was, well, moist is the only word to describe it. There was no mold or anything like that, at least visible, but EVERYTHING in the room was damp. Spend an hour in it and also your clothes are damp. We tried to keep the only ventilator, the one in the bathroom meant to suck out wet air after shower, on for extended time - did not help. We tried keeping the window open - did not help. I would say that otherwise OK review for the place is completely destroyed by the overall dampness of the room and everything in it.

Great location, very good breakfasts,.clean
Poor quality worn towels, not good pillows and only one per person. No reliable Wi-Fi. Wi-Fi only works in the dining room and downstairs lobby. We brought this up with the hostess and she just said the internet is bad everywhere

The location is very food: it is actually in the city center. The breakfast was very good. The staff was helpful and friendly.
The room and the bathroom were big enough and clean.
The mattress could have been a bit harder but it is just a matter of personal taste.
If the window faces to the street and if there is a festival it is better to use earplugs ?

The breakfast was really nice and the option available there of getting wine or beer or soft drinks or water was a great service . We got s very good wine!
Location is also in the heart of the city center. There was also s fridge and place to cook in theory which was very good to have the option.
From the train station we had to walk for 20 min as there was no bus connection but it was fine, we could explore directly the city center a bit. There was no fan which for the very hot summer might be an issue, we kept the windows open and it was ok

Excellent and generous breakfast which was served by friendly staff, The beds were comfy and the rooms were very clean. The Family Room was perfect for our needs and I would recommend this as a place to stay for those travelling with young children. The best aspect is the location, it is incredibly central!
The decorations were a little dated and there was an electrical socket that looked a little bit dangerous. Parking was very difficult which made arriving with children and bags tough (I accept that the hotel can't do anything about this, but it is something other families may want to consider).
