Beautiful view of the castle from the room. Excellent breakfast. Helpful, pleasant staff. Close to restaurants. Located within a few blocks of the Moselle River, which has a pedestrian- and bike-friendly walk way. Great place to take a walk any time of the day or night.
All good. Hotel staff helped us navigate the local transportation system. We were traveling by train so needed to use busses to get to the local sites like the castle. Hotel staff had maps and bus schedules and helped arrange for a taxi to and from the train station.

The view of the castle was one of the best ever!
Road noise on Friday and sat night and early morning. Advise to forgo the great view if you are a light sleeper like me. Nothing they can do about it, just a busy road.

This is an amazing place to stay
Clean and wonderful castle view
You can just stare at it all day long
Breakfast was very nice and delicious
With good variety both vegetarian and non veg
Staff is friendly
We also rented 2 e-bikes on reception
Strongly recommending bike tour on mosel river

Located in a quiet area, opposite the castle, so it offers a nice view. The room is a decent size, with a large comfortable bed, good mattress and pillows. The balcony is also a good size, with a table and chairs and a nice view of the castle. There is a kettle in the room for tee. Wi-Fi works well.
Unfortunately there are no toiletries in the bathroom. Also no coffee maker or minibar.

Excellent location very good view of the castle. Breakfast was good, fairly large selection of cheeses and sliced meats breads along with yogurts and eggs.
Sauna seemed to be hidden away in the basement.

Lovely welcome with access easily sorted even though we arrived after time. Car parking was also easy and right next to the property. The views were amazing over the Mosel and towards the castle.
There is an honesty bar in the basement which works really well and a lovely terrace to enjoy the sunshine. We have stayed here before and would do so again.
