Parking is €12& usually available and it’s right across from downtown Celle so that’s very convenient! I’ve stated in the courtyard rooms before and they were great! Less used since they cost a little more and are definitely worth it unless you can get a top higher floor facing city but I don’t know if those would be quiet or not.
Bed was WORN OUT! Bed was terrible and the noise from first floor city view very noisy traffic all night so definitely take the $11 more upgrade to business quiet courtyard view.

Inadequate room facilities: no kettle, no fridge. This seems a ploy to force people to pay for breakfast. But the worst thing was that it was impossible to get my room serviced. A sign says you have to ask for cleaning, fresh towels etc. I did this on Day 3: no cleaning happened. On the 4th day the room should have been cleaned anyway, but again the bins were not emptied, no fresh towels. I even ran out of toilet paper. Staff were barely pleasant.

Breakfast was good and room was clean.
Location near city centre including restaurants is nice.
Shower gave no hot water, lukewarm at best but felt cold. When asked at reception the answer was more disturbing: "we hear that a lot and yes the water is cold..."
The bed was saggy and thefore very uncomfortable. Felt almost like sitting upwards when lying down. For my room this was known at the staff.
When checking out, the guy at reception tried to make us pay double, €950,- for two regular rooms one night. When spoken to that it should be half he was typing for three minutes and then asked whether the new figure was according to contract. Felt like a scam since it is hard to change the agreed pricing through Booking.com.
Parking spot was not available according to reception, "all booked" but half of the parking area was empty all through the night and following day.
All in all a bad experience, Above described complaints were known and acknowledged at the staff but no compensation whatsoever. Only an attempt to rip off even further.

cleanness , my toilet bowl when i coming was ditty with remains inside from before guest , old bad and towels , hair drier not working , smiling for old staff , it is good hotel for 30-40 eur maximum per night , not 120-130 eur

Centrally located and easy to reach. Altstadt starts just across the street
Bed mattresses are very poor, at least in our room, making sleep very uncomfortable.
With better mattresses we would give a 8 to the hotel
