The accessibility, service quality and friendliness of the staff. The hotel was an easy walk to the Altstadt and main attractions.
My particular (business traveller) room lacked airflow and became uncomfortably warm very quickly. There were other rooms that looked more open to the outdoors and breezes. As a rail traveler I note the hotel was also a long way (and hence a long walk) from the Bahnhof. The hotel would be better suited to those travelling by car.

Pleasant stay in Celle
We recently stayed at Hotel Caroline Mathilde in Celle and very pleased with our experience. The room was perfect, featuring a charming balcony that added a nice touch to our stay.
The hotel's location is ideal, just a 10-minute walk to the city center, which made it easy to explore the beautiful town. The open parking provided was very convenient for us.
Breakfast was satisfactory, with a decent selection to start the day.
Overall, we had a pleasant stay and would recommend this hotel for its comfortable rooms and excellent location.

Sauna and pool were great, location is great, easy walking distance to the city. The breakfast was amazing!
