Located a short walk from Celle’s beautiful Old Town, the modern Hotel Am Braunen Hirsch awaits guests with spacious rooms and suites, free parking, and free internet access. Breakfast was minimal. Only tea or coffee and no other choice like cappuccino or espresso.

No dogs allowed in the breakfast room, so we skipped the breakfast at additional cost in the hotel and found a cafe in town.

The location was ideal for access for the town. The fact that pets were welcome was a plus as I had my dog with me. The room was large and well appointed with plenty of room for me and my dog. The shower room was good with a superb shower system. My room was on the ground floor which again was ideal. There was adequate free parking with an excellent associated restaurant just a few paces away that boosted an excellent menu. Excellent breakfast and vey friendly helpful staff.

We had booked the studio, a separate appartement on the top floor. It was huge, with its own rooftop terrasse. The town itself was very nice, too.

A fine hotel, dogs allowed, free parking, even with the possibility of charging your EV. Very nice, clean and spacious rooms.
There is no elevator which makes the trip to the upper floors a bit of a hassle when you have large suitcases / plenty of luggage. The hotel is quite close to some major roads with quite some traffic which is audible in the rooms if you have open windows.

The location was great. The room was nice and clean with a great shower. No noise at night which meant we had a good nights sleep. The there was a good selection of food for breakfast, with nice staff attending.

Room was larger than expected. Perfectly adequate for our two night stay. Nice German restaurant with the same name nextdoor. It is fairly close to the center of Celle (about 15 minutes walking), and there are local buses available if needed.
The reception is unstaffed. There is a phone at the desk to reach them. Not really a big problem, because the key was waiting for us at the desk, but if there is something wrong this can be incovenient.
