The hotel was very easy to reach, with plenty of free parking available on the property itself. The interior was beautifully designed with a calm, peaceful atmosphere. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful; when we raised a concern, it was addressed immediately and handled in a professional manner. The room was stylish and comfortable, and the bathroom was modern and well-kept.
When we first entered our room, we unfortunately found the sheets to be dirty with noticeable hair and stains, and there was some trash on the floor. However, once we contacted reception, the staff responded immediately and resolved all of the issues quickly and efficiently, which we greatly appreciated.

Quiet location. Parking.
There is one extra bed in room taking a lot of the room space. I don't understand why the bed was there. I informed the receptionist.

The hotel is in a quiet and beautiful.
The breakfast is served in another building, which meant we had to go through rain and cold to get there. The room description stated that there was one big bed, but in reality, there were two smaller beds. When I asked for a room with a big bed, the woman at reception told me to push them together—as if I had come there to move furniture and make the bed myself. Additionally, the hallways were very cold, which made the stay less comfortable.

We've stayed at this hotel several times now and it has always been a good experience. It's perfect for us as it's close to a motorway, has free parking, it's located by a lovely park (great if you are bringing a dog!) and staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast is modest but fresh and tasty.
Misleading information on Booking regarding bed size. The hotel staff have advised us that there are no double or king size beds in this hotel at all. The beds are comfortable, so it's not a criticism of the hotel.
