The trucks on the road next to the hotel were a bit loud in the morning. I could have done with a second pillow but no one was at reception anymore (8 pm).

Far away from all services. Reception is closed very early, late arrival means trouble. No air conditioning. A little bit worn room.

I realized we were going to be late because of the traffic, so I sent a message to the reception at 16:32. No response, so I assumed it was ok. Arrived at the hotel at 9.45pm. No cars in the guest parking, broken windows in the building and closed reception. Called the number on the booking confirmation but no answer. Had to start looking for a new hotel and luckily managed to find one so we didn't have to sleep in the car. The hotel refuses to refund the cost. I would not recommend this hotel even to my worst enemy.

Wonderful
Room was very big. Nice with kids to play around. Very friendly staff. Parking in front of the door. Good for a traveller's stopp for one night

Very friendly people. Great place for me personally Bottle of water. Burgdorf is a nice place to be and quick to get to Hannover…
The rooms could do with a kettle and tea / coffee / milk.
