Convenient location and nice hotel. Nice room.
It seems like some things are breaking down: some walls and ceilings were opened up for repairs, which isn’t nice to see. The courtyard lift seems to be permanently closed.
Gym is nice but lacks equipment.

Great location, spacious rooms, comfortable bed and mattress. The view from my room was nice.
The first room I got had a defective water tap, so I got back to the reception and immediately received a new room. The second room had a dirty (stinky) toilet and things from the previous guest (a voucher with his name on it). The rest of the room was kind of clean. The phone on this room didn’t work (in the first room with the broken tap I could use the phone to call the reception). I had no time and energy to go back and ask for yet another room. Next morning I asked the room service person to please just clean the toilet, nothing else. They probably didn’t understand me, because they did a normal room service, but didn’t clean the toilet :( I ended up cleaning the toilet myself with hand disinfectant and shower gel.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at your hotel and wanted to share my feedback.
Positives:
Location: The central position between Bremen’s Old Town and the central station made exploring the city extremely easy.
Staff: Every team member I interacted with was friendly, attentive, and eager to help, which made my stay very pleasant.
Room & Cleanliness: My room was spacious, comfortable, and spotless. Housekeeping did an excellent job throughout my stay.
Parking: It would be helpful to provide clearer guidance on nearby parking options, as the lack of on-site parking was a minor inconvenience. I had to park far away and walk to the hotel. It is really uncomfortable and unsafe during night.
Room Area of Improvement : Some areas, such as carpet condition and air-conditioning was hot, could benefit from minor updates.

the location is great, there is a very good WIFI that allows you to work properly. the room is very good and omfort, breakfast was included and was very rich and good.
my expections for the gym is a litlle higher special for the fact that it is very hot and there is no air condition on the gym

The rooms are very big, the hotel is close to the city centre but not in it and it is right next to the city moat with a nice park next to it.

Convenient to walk to everything in Bremen, easy check-in, had bikes to rent - and it was easy to do! Had spa/sauna for use at only 3euro! Well worth it!
Room was very clean, showing a little wear but not bad. Bed comfy! Many good restaurants nearbyBar is friendly and open later. Highly recommend!
Some minor room upkeep could be done but not much wrong at all!

Rooms are clean
The hotel is very old. One of the elevator was not working, the hotel has 6 floors and you waited around 5 minutes especially in the mornings. Additionally, the restrooms on the ground floor are opened with the room key. When you are checked out and you need to use restroom, you have to ask from reception to open the door.

Location to central Bremen. Nice breakfast and breakfast room. Beds were acceptable.
We changed room since there was no air conditioning and we couldn’t open the window albeit facing the quiet inside court. We went to a room that we could open the window but the air conditioning wasn’t working and we asked twice to check it. We were also facing the street and even with the window closed - it was extremely noisy. They didn’t clean the room the first night and when they did clean it the second night they took the bed sheets we had requested and we had to ask again for sheets. For a 3 night stay - we were disappointed with the hot room and extremely high noise level.
