We think the hotel has nice price/quality ratio. Fast service. We asked for quiet room and our request was fulfilled — no extraneous noise reached our river view top floor room. Breakfast variety was very good and there is useful reminder about restaurant occupation in the morning hours in the elevators. Spacious bathroom. We also liked top floor sauna with river view.
Pillows were somewhat difficult to rest on — too dense.

The location is very nice. Just near the river Weser. You can walk to the center in about 20 minutes, you walk nicely along the riverside. If you rent a bike from the hotel it will take 10 minutes i guess. Also a tram rides you to the centre. The hotelrooms are nice and clean. And we did not hear a thing from the hall or neighbours. The beds are firm and soft ( about the pillows, read my comment what we did not like). The staff was very nice and welcoming. We ate at the restaurant, wow, so good ( choose the schnitzel and the waffle).
I dont understand why a hotel of this standard isn’t able to provide decent pillows on the beds. They are awfull. If you take four you still lay flat in you re bed. It gave me headaches. We’ve stayed in many different hotels and at a few of them you could pick out your pillows by yourself. Those places provided comfort. If we had better pillows the review would come out as a 10.
A minor thing… i asked for a decaf cappuccino at breakfast, that wasn t possible.

We could not open the window as our pet could fall off. Secure windows would be a good idea instead of keeping curious pets on the lead.

In the check in they said that its a very five star hotel and they need to have 200 eur deposit. When I went to my room I saw that there was a another door in the middle of room. I try to open it it open- and there was another person's room and he was sleeping! Thats a huuge incident! I called them and let them know, they said that they will lock it and they did but If I did not find out personally that door I may have a huge incident while I was sleeping as a 30 year old single woman staying there?!!

Beautiful large windows with great view in the room, friendly stuff, parking nearby. Very nice breakfast with a lot of choice and person cooking omelettes live.
The pillow was very flat and could be improved. There vere some (blood?) stains on the bath robe and towel. The spa is just a sauna.
