Location is right in the heart of Bremen Old Town. Staff were professional and helpful. Check in and Check out were good. bed was very comfortable. A quiet room.
Stayed 2 nights. Our breakfast on the first morning was average with reasonably limited selections even though it was not busy. The second morning at breakfast there was a lot more selection/variety available. There was also clearly at least 2 conferences booked at the Hotel for the day. We are hoping that the lack of variety and selection at our first breakfast was not a reflection of the Hotel only supplying a proper breakfast when there are more people staying the night.

The housekeeping, we had to call the reception counter every day when we were back from our tour in order to send someone to clean the room. They did not vacuum the room or clean the bathroom either

Location is the best possible in Bremen (with underground parking garage). Both room and bathroom are spacious and comfortable. Very effective elevator! Friendly welcoming staff. Comfortable breakfast area and very nice breakfast.

We had a lovely stay at the hotel. I paid my bill (for two rooms) in full on 22.04. But I still have a PENDING payment for one of the rooms for 325 euros on my account. The funds have been blocked for more than 2 week. All emails are ignored. Please stop holding my money hostage. Thank you Best regards, --

Location and design is awesome. “The Lobby Bar” should be experienced.
It has parking lot option in Booking, but they don’t have any dedicated lot in the parking facility which is near the Hotel. The Reception advised me to try other public parking options…

The hotel was only a block from the main square and the next street to Böttcherstraße, so excellent location. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Our Premier Room was a little disappointing with only one tiny window with no view, but otherwise the room was large and very comfortable. Tip: if you ask at reception and leave an ID card with photo, you can get a key to access the Himmelsaal of Atlantis House which the hotel manages. It’s a true architectural gem. Bike storage facilities were excellent, in a locked area in the underground carpark. There was a repair station and e-bike charging facilities.
