We liked the convenient location. The hotel parking was fully (and could not be booked), but there is a huge and cheap parking just across the street. The personnel was very friendly and international. very good value for money

The staff were fantastic. We were so impressed by Nikolay and Beata. When we first arrived, Beata was very helpful and, despite our tiredness after a long journey, she was very patient with us and even helped us when our lost suitcase arrived at the hotel. We were greeted every morning with a smile and we felt very looked after - Beata was very good at answering all of our many questions and genuinely seemed interested in people staying at the hotel. We are also very grateful for Nikolay, who was very friendly and helped us with many different queries. We enjoyed practicing our German with him and his overall warmth and friendliness made it easy to speak to him. He also pours a good pint! Nikolay's kindness, care towards those staying at the hotel and willingness to help us will be remembered for a long time. Your wonderful staff have really made our holiday such a fun and stress-free week. We were also very pleased with our room, which was a decent size and had a good mattress and a good air conditioning feature to keep the room cool. Our window looked out onto train tracks but the room was very sound-proof so you couldn't hear any noise. We didn't have breakfast but there's an Aldi less than five minutes away and many restaurants just a short walk away. We were very pleased that we could borrow an extra phone charger as well as having free coffee by the reception desk. We also enjoyed having the ability to fill up our water bottles at the reception desk before leaving for Schnoor. The hotel is in an ideal location and only a twenty-minute walk from Schnoor and all its history. We highly recommend this hotel and taking the time to explore Bremen. It's truly an underrated area.
The shower was too low down and couldn't be fixed.
