Nice lobby, sitting and breakfast area, parking available (extra cost) and a fairly size room, more than enough for 1 person.
You can hear the street noise even with the windows closed and the internet was sometimes poor quality.

Colorful and comfortable, clean, a great common area full of comfortable seats and tables where it's possible to work with the laptop, good wifi, free water and coffees/teas.
Public parking place at 8€/24hr just in front of the hotel.
The check-in can be done in person or from the screens.
Close to the train station, but not too much
The room is a bit small and a little wardrobe could help. No power sockets close to the bed.

Rooms are too small. In my booking i asked for a high floor room but gave me the 1st floor very small room. There is no space for two persons with baggages. We are not local obviously we are carrying baggages. You should think about it.
