Very Good
People working in the hotel were super friendly and caring about needs and questions. The breakfast is a recommended experience worth it !! The choice satisfy all kind of needs and waiters pay really attention to satisfy every single request. Super fresh food is constantly served, and breakfast service is high professionally handled in a discrete way. The hotel and the room were super clean. The location is 7 minutes walking behind the train station.
However there are two weak points to improve absolutely in this four stars hotel : they have no adapter for sockets for international customers and there is a limited availability of the restaurant service. In a 4 stars hotel with restaurant the opening hours should be way longer. There is no access in the afternoon neither the restaurant nor the bar.

The hotel was spacious and quiet and had grandeur. The breakfast was good, in a nice space. The rooms were spacious and had comfortable chairs and a good shower. It is very close to the OVB Arena, which meant we could almost roll straight into bed after our concert.
The hotel offers parking and a possibility to charge your electric car. We charged our car and when we unplugged it, we received a bill for almost €170 (€26 for electricity). This was a VERY unpleasant surprise. We were never told we would be fined for leaving our car plugged in, after it had finished charging. On top of this, we also had to pay another €36 for the parking. I was aware of this, but it left a sour taste.

Everything was really luxurious and the bed was great.
We were on the 5th floor, and the windows could be opened fully. This made us nervous leaving our curious 3-year old unsupervised for even a second, which was unfortunately some added stress to our otherwise great stay. We were advised by reception that you can open the windows at the top but the problem wasn’t that we wanted the windows opened, it was that we could not lock them and our 3 year old would have been able to open them, if we hadn’t stopped them. A simple lock chain placed high on the window could have solved this problem.

Location close to city centre, lots of parking available at the back. Quiet and clean room, comfy bed. A business hotel during the holidays, so lots of available rooms at a fair price.
Pool was a bit chilly, the place looks slightly dated.

In my room there was no coffee/tea machine and no international television channel where I could keep being updated about the world news. This are probably minor flaws for many customers
